Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mineblock account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Electronics

  Securely place the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
